QHZ-1650 is our latest enhanced model of folder gluer. Basically it applies to process cosmetic box, medicine box, other cardboard box or E/C/B/AB-flute corrugation box. It is suitable for 2-fold, side-sticking, 4-fold with lock-bottom (4-corner and 6-corner box are optional).

FEATURES

Belts are running in rail guide, will not go to sides.

Heavy-duty pneumatic longer conveyor, suitable for corrugated, and the whole conveyor can be moved left and right. The two sections of the conveyor can be moved front and back, up and down, more suitable for different corrugated boxes.

Equipped with jogger, avoiding fish-tail boxes.

The whole machine is of more compact structure, more beautiful figure.

Fastening devices for shafts are used to make the machine run more stable and longer service life.

The speed in pressing section is 30% faster than that in the main section, avoiding the boxes jammed onto the conveyor.

Feeder

● Feeding belt adopt single carrier adjustment.
● Feeding carrier adopt linear slider and guides transmission.
● Suction feeding system device.
● Vibration motor for smooth and consistent feeding.
● Feeding side guides with supporting bars for quick setup.
● Independent frequency conversion motor drive linked with the host, can also be adjusted individually; More accurate feeding the paper to achieve the highest productivity.

Auto Register

● Auto correct the paper to accurate feeding, avoiding the paper going to sides.
● Equipped with a set of alignment device (left and right).
● Pressure adjustment adopt linear guide device to adjust the height accurately.
● Auto motorized adjustment system with wireless remote control.
● Inner courier can move automatically by electric.

Pre-folding Device

● Meet variety of complex boxes adjustments.
● Long pre-folding device, 1st folding line is 180 °, 3rd folding line has 135°. It is use for easy opening boxes.
● Three inner courier more suitable for more different boxes with high speed and stable.
● Multifunctional long design with sectional inner carriers, to meet various odd-shaped boxes installation.
● Sectional upper-carrier can be telescopically adjusted to meet wide range box.
● Equipped with creasing line function.

Lock Bottom Section

● Lower gluing tank both at left and right.
● Multi-layer sealing anti-leaking device is used in shaft core.
● Stainless steel gluing wheel is used.
● Stainless steel lock bottom device: 10pcs.
● Modual design for bottom lock accessories, easy for adjustment.

Lower Glue Tank

● Equip with two larger mechanical lower gluing device(left and right), special design avoid glue splashing at high speed production and easy removal for clear and maintenance.
● Double glue wheel design can adjust the amount of glue separately, more convenient for different size of boxes.

Folding Section

● Special long folding section(5meters folding section), corrugated boxes can be well folded and formed in this section.
● Creasing wheel more suitable for corrugated boxes.
● Inner couriers are adjusted by motors.
● Rail-guide for belts is used to avoid belts going to sides.
● To meet various kinds of works, and precisely for blanks.
● Smooth and accurate folding of 2nd and 4th creases.
● Germany Forbo/Italy Chiorino folding belts.

Automatic Motorized Adjustment System

The automatic motorized adjustment system is smart and they can save your adjusting time when you have different boxes.

Trombone

● Taiwan FATEK sensor and counter.
● Pneumatic kicker for counting.

Conveyor Section

● More Longer conveyor design.
● Pneumatic control.
● The upper section can be moved front and back.
● The two belts are in driving system, so they could be in more synchronous running.

Gluing System

● 1 set of Glue dispensing Gun.
● 4 head controller.
● Equipped with two guns(cold glue guns), convenient in the production for lock bottom boxes, gluing quickly and accurately.
