Short Description:

QHZ-1200 is our latest enhanced model of folder gluer. Basically it applies to process cosmetic box, medicine box, other cardboard box or E/C/B/AB-flute corrugation box. It is suitable for 2-fold, side-sticking, 4-fold with lock-bottom (4-corner and 6-corner box are optional).

DETAILS

A. Feeding Part

● One set of high-strength special vibration motor (function: to make paper feeding more smooth and stable through vibration).
● Nitta feeding belts: 7pcs (specification：8×25×1207mm).
● Equipped with 2 sets of feeding knives and 2 sets of left and right paper stoppers.
● Equipped with Suction feeding system.
● Independent motor drive.
● Equipped with vibrator motor.
● Individual belt adjustment.
● The paper output belt is adjusted by the linear guide rail slider, with high precision and strong flexibility.

B. Auto Alignment

● Automatic register section to correct the paper feeding, avoid the paper going to sides.
● Equipped with a set of register device (left and right).
● Equipped with imported Germany Siegling or Italy Chiorino plane folding belt.

C. Pre-Folding Device

● Long re-folding device, 1st folding line is 180°, 3rd folding line has 135°. It is use for easy opening boxes.
● Equipped with imported German Siegling or Italian Chiorino plane folding belt.
● Synchronous belt drive (EP, American).

D. Lock Bottom Unit

● Modular design method, using special aluminum design to improve the installation and conversion time of accessories.
● Equipped with 4 sets of highly elastic spring hook seats.
● Equipped with imported German Siegling or Italian Chiorino plane folding belt.

E. Lower Gluer Tank

Equip with two larger mechanical lower gluing device (left and right), special design avoid glue splashing at high speed production and easy removal for clear and maintenance.

F. Folding Part

● It can meet the multi-style adjustment operation, which is fast and convenient, so that the box can be closed accurately.

H. Conveying Part

● Transmission frequency conversion speed regulation, proportional linkage with the host.
● Air pressure rear machine can adjust the pressure independently, and the carton can be moderately pressurized to make the product more perfect.
● Long conveyor design that the product is not easy to be glued.
● The two belts are in driving system, so they could be in more synchronous running.
● With snap function.
