QYF-110/120 Full-auto Glue-free Laminating Machine is designed for lamination of pre-coated film or glue-free film and paper. The machine allows integrated control over paper feed, dust removal, lamination, slitting, paper collection and temperature.

Its electric system may be controlled by a PLC in centralized means through a touch screen. 1. Automatic Paper Feeder

The precise design of the feeder allows smooth feed of thin and thick paper. The use of stepless speed change device and automatic lapping control is suitable for feed of different paper categories. The uninterrupted paper detection of the auxiliary table improves the operating efficiency of the machine.

2. HMI System

The 7.5” color touch screen is easy to operate. Through the touch screen an operator may review the operating conditions of the machine and directly enter the dimensions and overlapping distance of the paper to be processed to achieve the operating automation of the complete machine.

3. Dust Removing Device (optional)

A dust removing mechanism in two steps, i.e. dust sweeping and pressing, is employed. While paper is on the conveying belt, the dust on its on surface is swept away by the hairbrush roll and brush row, removed by suction fan and run over by an electric heating pressing roll. In this way the dust depositing on paper in printing is effectively removed. Furthermore, paper can be accurately transported without any back-off or dislocation using the compact arrangement and design of the conveying belt in combination with effective air suction.

4. Press-fit Section

The heating roll of the mainframe is fitted with an external oil heating system with its temperature controlled by an independent temperature controller to ensure uniform and constant lamination temperature and good laminating quality. The design of oversized laminating rolls: The oversized heating and press-fit rubber roll ensures smooth press-fit, improves brightness and perfectly complete laminating process.

5. Film Unreeling Shaft

Braking with magnetic powder maintains constant tension. The pneumatic film unreeling shaft and electric loading device allows easy loading and unloading of film roll and accurate film unwinding positioning.

6. Automatic Slitting Device

The rotary cutter head cuts off laminated paper. The interlocked running system of the unit may adjust its speed automatically depending on the speed of the mainframe. It is easy to operate and saves labor. Automatic winding can be selected for paper requiring no direct slitting.

7. Automatic Paper Collection (optional)

The pneumatic three-sided trimming device with a paper counter may operate in uninterrupted mode. For uninterrupted operation, push the lever to the fix position, lower the paper collection table, pull out paper using the hydraulic cart, change a new stack plate and then take out the push lever.

8. Genuine Imported PLC

A genuine imported PLC is used for the programming control of the circuit and integrated electromechanical control of the entire machine. Lapping dimensions may be automatically adjusted through the touch screen without manual operation to minimize paper lapping deviation. The HMI indicates speed, operating conditions and errors for purpose of user friendliness.
