① The five-axis professional hot stamping machine consists of 3 longitudinal foil feeding shafts and 2 transversal foil feeding shafts.
② Foil delivered in lengthways: foil is delivered by three independent servo motors. Foil collection uses
both internal and external collecting way. The external collection can directly pull the waste foil out to the outside of the machine. The brush roller is not easy to pull gold foil brokenly, which is convenient and reliable, greatly improves production efficiency and reduces the labor intensity of workers. The internal collection is mainly used for large-format anodized aluminum.
③ Foil delivered in crossways: foil is delivered by two independent servo motors. There is also an independent servo motor for foil collection and wasted foil rewinding.
④ Heating part uses 12 independent temperature control area for precise controlling under the PID mode. Its max temperature can reach up to 200℃.
⑤ Adopt the motion controller (TRIO, England), special axis card control:
There are three types of stamping jump: uniform jump, irregular jump and manual setting, the first two jumps are calculated by computer intelligently, all system parameters of which can be performed on the touch screen for modifying and setting.
⑥ The precise ternary cam cutter that has the optimum curve given by computer makes the gripper bars work in a stable condition; thus to have a high die cutting precision and a durable life. A frequency converter is used for controlling speed; it has lower noise, more stable operation and less consumption.
⑦ All the electrical control components, standard components and key position components of the machine are from famous international brands.
⑧ Machine adopts a multipoint programmable operation and a HMI in the control part that is very reliable and also prolongs machine’s service life. It achieves the whole process automation (includes feeding, hot stamping, stacking, counting and debugging, etc), of which the HMI makes debugging more convenient and fast.
